Qype: Le Saint Séverin in Paris

Pleasant little bar/restaurant which has outdoor seating in a little square by the church, which is a good start. Prices are surprisingly reasonable, and although the food won't blow you away, it's not that bad either. I wouldn't rush back here, but you don't need to avoid it either.
