Frequently asked questions:

Q: Can I still play the Bond game if I'm going to be away over this weekend?

A: Yes. The game should go on for at least a few weeks so as long as you're here to play for most of that period, you can sign up.

Q: What happens if someone pretends they've killed me, or claims I haven't killed them?

A: This is hopefully not going to be a problem. If people do start to do this, it will really ruin the game and it's not fair. There will be an independent adjudicator, i.e. Richard Hamilton, who will adjudicate on any such points, but hopefully the problem shouldn't arise.

Q: Can I kill people if they invite me into their room?

A: Yes, but only if you ask to come in or if you know them. You should watch out for anyone, even your friends coming into your room, as they could be your killer.

Q: Could the person I'm supposed to kill have me as their victim?

A: No the game will be arranged so that this can't happen.

Q: What if my roommate is my killer?

A: This will also be avoided in setting up the game. However, if your roommate does become your killer later on in the game, they ar e not allowed to kill you in your room.

Q: Can I kill my victim anywhere?

A: Victims can only be killed within Linstead Hall.
